Hi Pete, sorry to hear. Can you please clarify what didn't work as advertised? What feature or what experience? Did the batter not last long? We do guarantee our cards features work.
It worked like a charm and the song played for much longer than expected!
I didn't expect it to play the song when I opened it to sign and my husband almost heard it when I was signing it. Luckily I closed it quickly. Otherwise it worked just as expected. My husband carefully opened it with a knife so it wasn't quite as dramatic but still amusing. I'll be buying again for someone more impulsive next time.
This card is amazing!
