This is perfect if the recipient has a sense of humor!
I was super excited to annoy my grandma and family during or Christmas gathering, but she got lucky and placed a heavy gift on top of the card and it just stopped. I was looking for more of a struggle. Still very fun and would highly recommend for anyone looking for a laugh.

Hi Brad, we guarantee all our items; i'd appreciate some feedback to better understand what might have happened. 1. Did you open and sign it and did it play? 2. Did you remove the plastic inside the card? or the spine? 3. Did you mail it and then it didn't play? The best you can remember is helpful. -- and we can offer a new card for a new occasion or even a refund.
Received well packaged and in a timely manner. Not gifted yet. Works great so far!!
