Great card but damaged in delivery

I'm so excited to share this card with my loved one, but unfortunately it's all wrinkled up because there was not solid enough packaging and it got really damaged during delivery.

Hello Betsy, if you can send a photo to us we can send a new one. Sorry about that. We have used boxes and we never really saw an improvement. USPS will damage items along the way.

Card didn’t bark when it got to its destination.

Sorry to hear the product didn’t work out. Unfortunately, defects will happen and we try to mitigate this with our own tests. We are proud that defects remains under 1%. -- also, can you clarify that the card did bark when you opened it and prepared it?

No Glitter

While the cards are funny and it’s fun to watch the recipient try to turn it off, I found that I was not comfortable leaving the glitter in, so I cut the bottom of the card and trashed the glitter before I gave the cards out. I don’t know anyone (including me) who would find glitter falling all over the room funny. I would really really like versions with the constant song but no glitter.
