I understand how it works and, of course, how it could break. Yes, I followed instructions. That said, mine didn't work. The song would play and turn off when the card closed. Kinda sucky because my 8-year-old was really looking forward to the prank.
Hello, I am sorry that you were having issues with the card. I just want to clarify, once you signed the card, did you pull the tab on the outside of the spine? Once the tab was pulled on the spine and the card was opened it should start looping for a minimum of 3 hours. We have not heard of the card only playing when opened, and we want to better understand what was happening so please keep us updated as all of our cards are guaranteed.
