Disappointed

They didn’t show up

Hi James, I just sent you an email directly as I see USPS did deliver them. Though it appears it was stuck in a USPS warehouse mid-way and delivered after Christmas. Because USPS failed we can still pay for the return. But please email me back so we can help out.

The card worked as described but it died after about 3 hours. Also, it was advertised to come with an envelope that spilled glitter when it was opened, mine came with a regular envelope so there was no glitter. Not as advertised. Not worth the $15.

Hello, there must be some misunderstanding as we only sell the glitter envelope and card separately. This is because of many reasons (many don't want it, some want different colors, and the cards were created 10 years ago and the envelopes 2 years ago). But all videos and product pages do state they are sold separately. And we only advertise the card lasts a minimum of 3 hours. There can be many factors behond that. But if they didn't break the card they can open it again and it will play again.
