Never Gave Up

I bought the card for my partner on valentines day.
He loved it and didn't want to destroy it, but also REALLY wanted it to stop. So, we put it in the freezer. It was funny hearing Rick's voice from in there, but we thought the cold would kill him.
It took almost two days of muffled singing before Rick stopped.
But, alas, on the morning of the third day when we released Rick from his icy containment and opened the card, he once again began to assure us he would Never give us up.
Back to the freezer he went.
Today it's been almost a month, and each time we test it, Rick is still singing!
Our entire family remains interested in our weekly updates on Rick's sustainability.
Long story short, the card is freaking awesome.

Freaky Fast Customer Service

I purchased 3 Happy Birthday Cards about a month ago and was very pleased on how quick my order was delivered. Then yesterday I went to use one of the cards and had a moment of doubt thinking my card was defected because the pull tab was on the inside of the card instead of outside. So immediately I emailed them with my concern and to my delight they responded back to my email within 5 minutes!! Now that's some "freaky fast" Jimmy John's type of service ;-) I'll be sure to refer this company to friends & family, and buy more cards in the future!!

Broken?

Unfortunately I think I got a dud! I had a great experience with Christmas cards and got many great laughs, however this card never played after being opened, was very disappointing.

Without prompting, the Joker Greeting team reached out to me and offered to refund or place this card; within minutes of my response, I received notice of initiation of a refund! Despite the dud card, the customer service experience was great! Will continue buying these cards!!

The card worked as promised

However, it arrived creased badly on a large section of a corner of the card. Still, it was funny watching my husband as he realized it wasn’t going to stop.

Best $15 I've ever spent! It was a hit for sure and it played for 6 hours before cutting off the first time. Opened it again and it played for another 2 hours.
